Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund policy is completely based on the offers provided by the seller which comes under this policy. KGKart will not undertake any responsibility regarding Return and Refund (exchange, replacement, refund) of any products purchased by user from seller. Similarly all products sold under KGKart by any seller will not cover or have same return and refund policy. During returning the product following conditions will be checked / followed in order to ensure that the packing is done without any missing and misplacing. If pick up of returning product is from different address it will accepted only if the service is available at the changed pickup address.

If any of the case is not meet during returning the product there is a higher chance to cancel your return.
General Information:
- If the seller is not able to proceed with your return or replacement for certain applicable reason, refund will be given to you.
- Do not unbox the product if it require installation. The authorized service or installation person will do it for you. In certain case service persons opinion is must for replacing or returning.
- In case of open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund.
- For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempt to resolve by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel identify that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
- Installation of products will be done for free of cost.
- Service after warranty period will be charged based on manufacturer or service personnel.
- Wrong Delivery – (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered). In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
